The First men preganacy – A true story

Shocking to hear???? Yes, I read this few days back.
Lee Mingwei is known to be the first pregant men. Is he crazy or what? An excerpt of this true story is below. Male pregnancy may prove to be an extremely dangerous, particularly when your doctors perform your Cesarian operation. When asked him, Why have you chosen to do this?
“A lot of people have cast this endeavor as something terribly monstrous – a startling example of how science and medicine have simply gone too far. From my perspective, however, I am simply bringing a child into this world. There is nothing more natural and beautiful on this earth than that. This is something that I’ve always wanted to do”                                      Shocking

But we people find idea of a pregnant man disturbing. It is a shocking concept. Women have always given birth to children, and men have not. We call his effort a sexual revolution? Now, we have many question to consider.
*Why shouldn’t men carry children and care for a fetus the same way a women does?
*Why shouldn’t a man bear a burden that women have always carried?
*why shouldn’t a man be able to experience the same joy and excitement that a pregnant woman feels nurturing a child within her own body?
There ia a popular American film where Arnold Schwarzenegger’s character became pregnant. Now it is a reality. Where this science and technology takes our world? Thinking.

Sounds really awful. A man being pregnant total bullshit. This is bad example for growing science and technology.

  2. Visu Says:

    Duh !!! Weird.
    I am wondering how he conceived ? ? ?
    I mean “how”.. :D

  3. admin Says:

Why do you say it as a bad example Rachel? I thought girls would appreciate it.

  4. meyya Says:

he he he , quite interesting :-) ..
i’m in deep thinking that how baby will come out , definitely not through his back.If comes from there then surely it’ll be called as something else.
And no separate ports for men to deliver baby.
    Only one way is oepration…

  5. Srividya Says:

I’d like to know how this thing actually works.

  6. Gowtham Says:

Yeah how this happened. And where is this foetus growing :???:

There is no possible way of getting the baby out without a cesarian

And this sounds terribly unnatural, he may just grow the baby inside, but he of course needs a women to nourish it with the milk

  7. admin Says:

    Obviously cesarian only gautham.
I have no idea on how this works. May be this is called test tube baby.

  8. Karthik Says:

    @Hari,

Are you sure this is an actual Time cover ? I am not so sure about it. I tried searching their archives and didn’t find anything on sim ilar lines. Because if it’s not, then you shoud stop posting silly forwards.

And the movie is Kindergarten Cop, no ?

  9. Srividya Says:

    It seems to be true.

    http://www.malepregnancy.com/science/

But it is highly controversial and some people believe it to be a hoax.

  10. admin Says:

    Thanks Srividya for that link.
    @Kathik
Follow that link which Srividya left , you can find the truth.

  11. Karthik Says:

Maybe so. But can someone link the Time cover please ? I didn’t say the story itself was false. I wouldn’t know.

But when you use the Times cover, it adds credibility to the story. And if ther is no such real Time cover, then could as well be a hoax. I mean why would someone want to use the Time cover (unauthorised) if it was really true ?

  12. Karthik Says:

Oh, and the Time cover is definitely fake. (Change Times to Time* in my previous comment)

    Here’s another Time cover

    http://curiouslee.typepad.com/weblog/2003/11/may_messes_with.html

and unless Time guys are outta their friggin minds, they won’t cover the same guy in two covers. (and that too with other details missing)

  13. Marc Says:

In the future the distinction between genders will continue to be blurred. It is inevitable.

  14. admin Says:

    Leave about the cover karthik,
was the news true or false? thats the question now.

  15. Karthik Says:

If it is true, why would they even need to use a fake Time cover ?

And a link proves nothing. Thinking about it, if it was/is true, don’t you think mainstream media will be covering it like mad ?

But then, I still cannot overrule a possibility that it’s true. I just feel it is not.

  16. Srividya Says:

    Get a load of this:

    http://urbanlegends.about.com/library/weekly/aa100400a.htm

Seems Karthik may be right after all.

  17. admin Says:

Come on Karthik. Speak out now.

  18. Vinod Says:

    Strange one…. I can’t think of it. :P

  19. Karthik Says:

Speak out what ? I thought I made my point.

  20. admin Says:

I mean look out the link which Srividya send it at last. (comment-16)

  21. Karthik Says:

I did and I thought it agreed with me in that it was all a FAKE. What was the impression you got ?

  22. Coach bags outlet Says:
